Gordon Ross Academic Award Nominations Begin

Each year we award student-athletes, 4th grade and up, with a B+ average or higher with the largest trophy during our Closing Ceremonies. To nominate your player, the Gordon Ross Academic Award nomination form and a current copy of report card/progress report must be submitted. Calculations of the GPA will not be rounded up to qualify. If the school uses a different grading system other than (A's or B's, or numeric grades), please provide the grading outline so we can covert grades to calculate the GPA.

Qualified nominations for the Gordon Ross Academic Award will begin January 11th and end January, 19th. Nominations can be submitted digitally via a Google Docs link (check your email on 1/10) or in-person during game days. Forms will also be available at the SBA table near big gym.

Ways to Submit: (GRAA Nomination Form and Current Copy Report Card/Progress Report)
* Complete Google Docs link
* Drop off at the SBA Table near big gym (Saturday or Sunday)
* Drop off at the Smyrna Community Center's reception area
* Email to [email protected]

A SBA Board Member will evaluate each nomination for qualification.
