PRACTICE NOTE:
Each team will practice one day a week for one hour. Practices are scheduled Monday through Friday between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm (i.e. 6-7 pm, 7- 8 pm, etc.). Practices cannot be prearranged. Check this page for practice dates, times, and locations.
